Calculations and letter drafts
Calculations and letter generation run in your browser. The application does not submit invoice amounts, customer names, bank details or letter text to a server. Drafts stay in page memory and are lost when you reload or leave. Copying a letter writes it to your clipboard.
A calculator share link includes its calculation inputs. A letter share link is created only when you choose to copy one. Its fragment (the part after #) contains calculation details and any additional field groups you select. Names, references, contact details, bank information and custom legal text are excluded unless selected. Anyone with the link can read its included contents. Review the sharing choices before copying it.
Fragments are not sent in HTTP requests, but can be read by page scripts and retained in copied links, browser history or bookmarks. When a letter link opens, the application reads it into memory and removes the fragment from the displayed URL. This does not erase earlier copies or browser records. Letter pages load only assets from this site's origin; they do not load Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Cookiebot or external fonts.
Cookies and external services
On the calculator and informational pages, Cookiebot stores your consent choice. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics load only after you consent to statistics. Advertising scripts have been removed, and advertising consent remains denied. You may change your cookie settings. Declining statistics prevents the application from loading Google tags; withdrawing consent disables this site's Analytics measurement. Previously collected data is not automatically erased by withdrawal.
The site's fonts are served from this site's own origin. The site uses Cloudflare Pages for hosting, so page and asset requests pass through Cloudflare. Hosting and consent providers may process IP addresses, request information and security/consent records. This application does not set a retention period for their operational logs. Contact and your choices
If you email us, we receive the information in that message and use it to respond. Do not send customer or bank details unless needed for your question. You may contact us about access, correction, deletion, objection or other applicable data-protection rights. We may need to verify your identity. You can also contact the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.
This notice describes the application's current behavior. Hosting, consent and analytics settings can change independently; changes to this policy will be published here.
